IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SEAM & THREAD'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE SEAM & THREAD IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Seam & Thread, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

10. Termination

The Seam & Thread reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You and The Seam & Thread agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
